This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable rules, as amended from time to time, and does not require physical or digital signatures. It is published in accordance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publication of terms of use, privacy policy, and other related policies for the usage of the domain name https://rennointerio.odoo.com/ OR https://www.rennointerio.com/ (referred to as the "Website") and any associated mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

1. Acceptance of Terms

- Unauthorized use of any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
- All products are described with detailed information on dimensions, materials, colors, and other attributes. While we strive for accuracy, Renno Interio does not guarantee that all descriptions are error-free. Customers are advised to verify product details before purchase.
- Prices are listed in INR and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges and any additional costs will be displayed at checkout. Renno Interio reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 Order Placement:
- Orders can be placed via our WhatsApp Store, official website, authorized stores, or directly through our sales team. After order placement, a confirmation email or message will be sent. Customers are advised to carefully review the order confirmation.
4.2 Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, and cash on delivery (where applicable).
- For custom orders, a minimum 30% advance payment is required to begin processing.
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charge. Post this period, cancellations may incur charges depending on the stage of production or shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval, subject to applicable deductions.
4.4 Compliance with RBI Guidelines:
- Renno Interio strictly adheres to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines for online transactions. All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant gateways.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping and Handling:
- Orders are dispatched within 4 business days post-payment confirmation. Standard delivery time is 10-12 business days, subject to external factors such as logistical delays or force majeure.
5.2 Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, product weight, and dimensions. These will be clearly displayed during checkout.
5.3 Delivery Inspection:
- Customers are advised to inspect the products upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. In case of verified damage during transit, Renno Interio will arrange for replacement or repair.
6. Warranty and Replacements
6.1 Variable Warranty:
- Renno Interio offers warranties that vary depending on the product. Warranty periods may range from 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, or up to a maximum of 12 years. Each product's warranty duration will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
6.2 Replacement:
- Customers must report any manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty period and provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect. If a repair is not possible, a replacement will be provided as per Renno Interio’s discretion.
Return Policy
At Renno Interio, we value the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Due to the personalized and custom nature of many of our offerings, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
1. No Return Policy:
- Final Sale: All products purchased through Renno Interio are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defective or damaged items (see below).
- Custom Orders: Products that are customized according to customer specifications are non-returnable under any circumstances.
2. Reporting Defects or Damages:
- While we do not offer returns, if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

- After verification, Renno Interio will arrange for a repair or, if necessary, a replacement at our discretion.
3. Product Modifications:
- If after receiving the product you wish to modify or adjust any aspect (size, finish, upholstery, etc.), Renno Interio is happy to assist with such modifications, subject to additional charges. Modification requests should be communicated directly to our customer service.
4. Non-Returnable Categories:
Certain products and categories are always non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom-built furniture.
- Made-to-order items.
- Clearance or sale items.
5. Refunds:
- Since there are no returns, refunds are not applicable except in cases of order cancellations made within the first 24 hours of purchase or verified defective/damaged products.

- Natural variations in color, texture, and grain are expected in materials like wood and leather. These variations are not considered defects.
9. Customer Responsibilities
